You Never Know What's Gonna Happen on the Cruise-Uh!

BNL Main Show - Thursday, January 31

We ended up with REALLY good seats for the main show. We were Center section row D, table 6, which was pretty much right in front of Steve. The Caribbean Lounge has an extended stage in the middle, so though we were "fourth" row, we were really second row. Steve came up to the front of the stage, right in front of us, A LOT. John got some great pictures! They played so many great songs, including ones I don't think I have ever heard live: "Trust Me" and "I Can, I Will, I Do." Oh, and Andy Creeggan came out to perform "Am I The Only One?" with Ed, which was AMAZING. Just Ed and Andy, on stage, with one guitar. Everyone else left. Another highlight was Tyler's completely ridiculous "You never know what's gonna happen on the cruise-uh" thing. Apparently, one of the sound guys put an effect on Tyler's monitor that only HE could hear, so he was doing this totally ridiculous repeat of that phrase, thinking we could all hear the "tom reverb" echo effect. None of us could, nor could the rest of the band. It was awesome, and we now have a new cruise catch phrase. LOL!

Another huge highlight was hearing "Careless Whisper" as the second encore. BNL always rock out that song. Screw George Michael.
